Business Case Builder Pricing

The Architelos Business Case Builder is available on a year subscription license paid in full at the start of the agreement. The agreement terms are codified terms and conditions and must be agreed to before proceeding to purchase. Your total cost is determined by the option you choose and the number of seats licenses you require.  One seat license is provided under each option.  If you require multiple users to access and use the model, you may consider purchasing additional seat licenses.  Each additional seat is priced at $999.  However, you will likely need only one license (login and password combination).

Options

There are two types options available for purchase: Standard and Dedicated.

Standard Option: This provides you with full and secure access to the model to input assumptions, create forecasts and download the resulting financial business case as an Excel workbook.  Although Architelos Inc, is the Administrator, we will not access nor view your data.  This option is priced at a one time fee of $10,485, and includes one seat license. Seat licenses are available for renewal annually at $999/seat.

Dedicated Option: This option provides all the features and benefits of the Standard Option, however, you will be the Administrator.  This option is priced at a one time fee of $14,990, and includes one seat license. Seat licenses are available for renewal annually at $999/seat.

(Please note: Fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, and duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you are responsible for all such taxes, excluding taxes based solely on Architelos’ income.)
