TLDH SELECTS ARCHITELOS’ NAMESENTRY
Major new gTLD applicant moves to protect against domain name abuses.
LEESBURG, VA — Architelos, Inc., a domain name industry consulting and managed services provider, announced today that Top Level Domain Holdings Limited (TLDH), a major new gTLD applicant will implement NameSentry, the domain name abuse detection and mitigation service for gTLDs awarded to TLDH.
NameSentry is a patent-pending and SaaS-based application that enables TLDs to protect themselves and ultimately the end-user against phishing, malware, spam, botnets and other types of abuse. NameSentry provides both aggregate and drill-down views of abusive domain names, and automates abuse polices and procedures. Time-consuming manual verification, notification and mitigation steps have been completely routinized to reduce time of harm. NameSentry monitors over 200 top-level domains currently.
